DSC Coaches Learn from USRowing’s Chasing Excellence Conference

Delta Sculling Center’s coaching staff and interns recently took part in USRowing’s virtual Chasing Excellence Junior Coaches Conference on January 11. With sessions led by internationally renowned coaches, researchers, and authors, topics ranged from advanced sculling techniques and mental toughness to leadership, breathing strategies, and coaching-life balance.

This professional development opportunity was made possible through DSC’s commitment to investing in our coaching staff—covering conference fees and providing stipends so they can continue growing and bringing the best to our athletes.
