Programs for EveryBODY

Delta Sculling Center is a non-profit sculling center that provides access to fitness, health, leisure and recreation through the inclusive sport of sculling, rowing with two oars. All classes and lessons take place on the Delta waterways in Stockton, Northern California California, San Joaquin County.

Whether you are experienced in the sport or this is your first time in a scull, we have a program for you to join.

Youth Programs

Recreational and competitive rowing programs are designed for 6th to 12th-grade youth. Practices are offered after school, weekends and through summer camp programs. Experience fitness training on land and sculling on the water and make friends with fellow scullers.  Newcomers are welcome anytime!

Masters Program - For Adults

Our Masters program welcomes all able-bodied adults, offering sculling opportunities at various levels, ranging from beginners to those with over 20 years of experience. If you’re new to the sport, consider signing up for a sample scull or a private lesson to get started.

Freedom Rows - For Veterans + Military

Participate in our Freedom Rows program tailored for disabled veterans and active-duty military personnel. All veterans facing special challenges from any era are invited to join, regardless of their sculling experience. Our versatile boats will get you moving on the water in no time. If you are new to sculling, we’ll provide the necessary training for you.
