DSC Coaches Inspired by Visit to Newark, N.J.

“A Most Beautiful Thing” transpired during and after the Brick City Gala in Newark, N.J. this past weekend. DSC’s coaches Pat, Bob and Jessica were sparked and uplifted by a collaborative collective of A Most Beautiful Thing Inclusion Fund-supported athletes, coaches and Olympians from across the country. We returned to Stockton inspired and with confirmation that our boathouse is becoming a lighthouse for our area’s diverse residents and that kindred spirits will support us in facing the endless challenges in pushing our sport to be more intentionally inclusive.
